I think that the late Jerry Goldsmith was the greatest film composer of all time. I know that many people will agree with me. What are your five favorite Goldsmith scores?

His score of the 1965 movie A Patch of Blue is some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard. It is so haunting - I love it!!

You speak the truth Irene! But, out of Jerry Goldsmith's hits I like Star Trek the motion picture.

he also composed one of my fave tv themes the theme from barnaby jones

He is definitely my favorite composer of all time.
