You guys all know my "Darryl" stories, right? Well, I may be liable to get sued by two parties.:eek: :( :o Darryl is based on a Michael Jackson character he played in a video called BAD(also named Darryl). Turns out, BAD was Michael's adaptation from a true story about a honors student named Edmund Perry, who was killed at 17 by the victim he tried to mug. Edmund's family can sue me, and so can Michael jackson himself!:o :( :eek:

omg, there are no copyrights to people's existences, nor are you selling the stories. 99% of US citizens would be getting sued if that were the case.

You're only breaking copyright law if you publish someone's else's work and claim it as your own. I often use song lyrics in my fanfics, which would be quite illegal if I was publishing these stories for money since I don't have permission to use these songs.
