NYC
Boston
Washington D.C
Chicago
Detroit

Atleast one of the pro teams in those cities has won a title since the last time Philly won in 83

NYC-giants, yankees
Boston-Pats, Red Sox
Chicago-Bulls
Detroit-Redwings, Pistons
D.C-redskins
