Scoobiedoo30 06-20-2008, 10:13 PM I do it was on CBS and Mrs C played The Mom/Gradmother catlover79 06-20-2008, 10:20 PM That was one of my grandma's favorite shows. Art Garfunkel sang the theme song. Scoobiedoo30 06-20-2008, 10:45 PM I think Bravo last aired The Movie Mr. Television 06-20-2008, 10:56 PM That was one of my grandma's favorite shows. Art Garfunkel sang the theme song. Just over the Brooklyn Bridge...will always be home to me. :D I can't sing as good as he does. Scoobiedoo30 06-20-2008, 11:06 PM I think Bravo was The last Network to air Brokeny Bridge catlover79 06-20-2008, 11:09 PM Just over the Brooklyn Bridge...will always be home to me. :D I can't sing as good as he does. Neither can I. Seriously - "Bridge Over Troubled Water", "I Only Have Eyes For You", I could go on and on. The man sang like an angel on those songs. Mr. Television 06-20-2008, 11:09 PM I think Bravo was The last Network to air Brokeny Bridge I never really watched it although I do remember the theme song. It should air again somewhere. I know the creator of Family Ties created Brooklyn Bridge as well. catlover79 06-20-2008, 11:11 PM I never really watched it although I do remember the theme song. It should air again somewhere. I know the creator of Family Ties created Brooklyn Bridge as well. I never watched it that much either, but I too would love to see it again. Grandma was so disappointed that her favorite new shows that year (1991-92) - Brooklyn Bridge, I'll Fly Away, Homefront - were all cancelled. :( Mr. Television 06-20-2008, 11:15 PM I never watched it that much either, but I too would love to see it again. Grandma was so disappointed that her favorite new shows that year (1991-92) - Brooklyn Bridge, I'll Fly Away, Homefront - were all cancelled. :( And all 3 of those shows were critically acclaimed. I remember Homefront..it was a pretty good show. I remember Kyle Chandler was in it and I loved him on Early Edition. catlover79 06-20-2008, 11:18 PM And all 3 of those shows were critically acclaimed. I guess all of us L&O fans should be thankful it didn't last, otherwise Sam Waterston wouldn't have been available to play Jack McCoy. Now, I can't imagine L&O without him. I was also a big L&0 fan although I don't watch it as much as I used to. It's just not the same since Jerry Orbach died. I think he and Waterston held that show together. I still love SVU though. catlover79 06-21-2008, 11:21 AM I was also a big L&0 fan although I don't watch it as much as I used to. It's just not the same since Jerry Orbach died. I have watched the earlier seasons of L&O on DVD, and the show didn't hit its stride until Mr. Orbach joined. I also liked Michael Moriarty as the first EADA but now can't picture the show without Sam Waterston (and S. Epatha Merkerson).
