Kramer 1 & 2 are actually tied and could be swapped with Kramer being a distant second. Who's with me? I'll agree with your first 2 choices but I can't put Kramer in the same class as Ed Norton and Barney Fife. These were 2 of the funniest charcters ever on tv. Wow, I always thought I was alone with the Seinfeld thing! I tried to watch it a few times and just...couldn't. Not a funny show IMO. I think Ed Norton, Ralph Kramden and Lucy Ricardo are the greatest character's ever written. What show is Barney Fife from? I've never heard of him.
