Do you turn the TV on when you are having a bad day? If so, what do you watch?

I turn on the TV every day, whether it's a bad day or a good day.

I watch The Weather Channel. :D

I like to put in one of my tv shows on dvd, such as The Dick Van Dyke Show or Get Smart. Laughing during a certain funny scene helps distract me from my bad day.

i usually don't turn it off - the cats like to watch it when I'm not watching (they don't always like what I watch).

Anything tv show thats funny & makes me laugh usually gets me out of a bad mood.

But if I'm depressed for whatever reason, I usually like to watch Seinfeld or Curb Your Enthusiasm. The people on those shows always make my life seem better. :lol:
