I just stumbled onto this site: http://publictheater.org - this playhouse is located in NYC. Ironically, another future big name was involved in this production - Raul Julia!!! This sounds like it would've been an awesome show to see.

This production was presented as a part of the Spanish Mobile Theater.

When three witches predict that Macbeth, a nobleman and war hero, will someday rule Scotland, he and his wife decide to help fate along by murdering the king. The king’s sons are suspected of the murder and flee to England, and Macbeth is crowned in their place. Macbeth begins to fear a second prophecy, that the descendants of Banquo will also be kings. He hires men to murder Banquo and his son Fleance, but Fleance escapes. Seeking out the witches again, Macbeth receives three more prophecies regarding his downfall. As enemies start to gather against him, Macbeth begins to have visions and hear voices. Lady Macbeth, overwhelmed by her part in the killing, goes mad and takes her own life. The king’s sons’ army marches on Macbeth’s castle, and he is killed and the crown restored to the rightful heir.

I don't have it - I just saw the cast list on the web. I doubt it was ever recorded. Not that I wouldn't like to watch it!!
