Yes, he was too big. This storyline would have worked in season 1. Tommy looked bigger and taller than the so-called bully.

Tommy got bulied because he didn't have a man figure in his life. Alice should have appreciated Mel for trying to be a father figure. She saw how Mel took matters in his own hands.

I knew some girls in high school who were bullies and I felt bad for the girls who got beat up on. The guys, well, I can't say I actually saw bullying, but there were lots of lunch time fights. :lol:
