This probably sounds insane, but I got 8 DVD's which I haven't gotten yet. I originally was only going to get 4, but it was buy one get one free-LOL. I got all 4 Soap season sets, Benson season 1, Maude season 1, All in the Family season 3, and All in the Family season 6, which I didn't own yet.

Is this a safe & reliable site to get dvd's? I've never ordered anything from amazon so I was just curious about it.

yeah, I noticed that too. Maybe it sold out, because usually the DVD's included in the sales for Amazon are still on sale until the sell out. There were a few other DVD's they either took off or raised its price.

I already have seasons 4 & 5 of All in the Family so I might get seasons 1-3 and 6. It comes out to only about $11 per season!

You cant beat 11.00 for a season of your favorite show on DVD--even if you havent seen it before aka SWAT LOL

It seems as if this particular sale is on Sony titles only. I purchased the first seasons of Benson, Maude and Silver Spoons, the second season of Diff'rent Strokes, the complete series of The Tick, and the fifth season of All In the Family (for The Jeffersons' pilot).

Besides the 8 I bought in the first place, I went back and bought Archie Bunker's Place Season 1, Married With Children Season 1, The Mad About You Collection, and One Day at a Time Season 1, all of which I'm really pleased with (especially The Mad About You Collecting, one of the greatest investments I made.)
