I don't know, a repeat? Doesn't make much sense. I am very surprised because it is the middle of sweeps. They must not have many episodes before the strike hits.

Brent, from what I heard the show will air through sweeps. I think what they meant in the article is, they will not return to shoot more episodes (they tape on Tuesdays). I'll see what I can find. They do have at least 4 episodes to air. So, it will be 4 and done probably, if the strike is long.

I'm so confused. It's in an article about shooting episodes, but it says it won't return from a planned hiatus Wednesday. :confused: (which the airings have been on a planned hiatus due to baseball)

Makes no sense to pull it during sweeps either.

There also hasn't been an official release to say what's airing instead.

I think they were off a week in shooting episodes. Maybe they come on Wednesdays to get the scripts and shoot on Tuesdays. It makes sense, because usually sitcoms need 5 working days before a shoot. Wed, Thurs, Fri, Mon, and Tues are five days.

If this is true, my guess is they want to keep the 4 episodes to air after Idol.

Normally, they would tape today, but there was never a tape date set for today...and they would have returned tomorrow to start production on a new episode, which would have taped the following Tuesday.

Until I see something official from Fox I'm going with this scenario.

Back to You Tape Dates for November:

November 13
November 20
November 27

So, there never was one for today. That means they would have returned for production tomorrow to work on the November 13 taping. But all these are now canceled.

October tape dates:
10/16/07 at 6:00 PM
10/23/07 at 6:00 PM
10/30/07 at 6:00 PM

3 a month.

Damn, what kind of reporting is this :mad:? Can these reporters get things straight for once :confused: I'm affraid everybody got confused thinking the show won't be on tomorrow night. We got to spread the word... I hate this :crazy: , but I'm glad we get to watch BTY :)

'Til Death has taped more new episodes than BTY that's why they are showing Til' Death instead.

Then I'll be watching tonight as if it were the end of my life-LOL. God, another 2 weeks without Back to You is gonna be hard. This strike is killing me, it really is.

So then, will the show return December 5th? I'd kind of wish it would stay on hiatus until January. That way, we could get at least 3 weeks worth of episodes until they run out.

No, tonight is new, and so is next week. Episode 2 will repeat on the 21st.

FOX has announced that B2U will air REPEATS(weird) post-Idol in March(9:30 Wednesdays), but it appears as of now it'll be on hiatus in January/February(all of this is subject to change pending the strike).
