UNHEALTHY. I heard that description on Good Morning America and the lady was right, overweight people get so caught up in not being SEXY and don't realize that they should focus on losing weight to be healthy-lol So from this point on, I'm not HEAVYSET, I will consider myself UNHEALTHY SET and do everything I can to have a more healthy lifestyle. So to all the overweight people out there, think HEALTHY first and then the sexy will come later.

Eating healthy makes a world of difference. It really does. Overall you feel better. You don't have to be overweight to eat right or healthy. Red meat is not good if you are over the age of 25. Drink lots of water. They even have flavored water if you hate the taste of water like I do. It will do your body a world of good to eat better since you can reduce your chances of diabetes, high-cholesterol and other health problems. Eat whole wheat bread, not white. Reduce sugar and flour in your diet.

Exercise, is the best way from being over weight and unhealthy; if you want to shed the pounds and keep the weight off, then I highly recommend, that you develop an exercise program, or work out, like walking an hour a day. I walk 7 miles a day, 5 times a week, and I am a smaller size in clothing than I was in High School (and, I am in my late 30s); also, exercise is not ONLY good for you physically, it is also great for you, emotionally:)
I highly agree. I have a step-master thingy and I use it when I am in my room watching television. It is great when you don't want to walk outside or don't have time in the day to do something like that. It is cardio and that is so good for you. Eating fruits and vegetables help too Solomon. I know you hate fruits, but it is better than eating snacks that are loaded with calories.

I learned that my dad has colon cancer. His doctor told him it possibly came from a lifetime of not drinking enough water and not enough whole grains and red meats. I have always liked water. One thing I changed was the red meats. I love my red meat. Now I only eat meat once a week if that. I love salmon and other types of fish and chicken and turkey. I always eat fruits and veggies. I hope to not get cancer or diabetes which does run in my family. I am still trying to lose the weight I gained when I was pregnant. I only have 15 lbs to go.

I try to not to eat a lot of "white" foods, I run every single morning, I don't skip a day it makes a big difference. I don't eat red meat unless I'm over to friends and family for dinner, I just don't like the taste.

I could probably be a bit more active than I am but I try to exercise whenever I can and I'm in the normal weight range for my height.
