View Full Version : Did Mr. Furley really think that Janet and Jack was going to share an Apartment with
TVFactFan 08-12-2007, 01:32 AM a woman old enough to be their MOTHER???_LOL The ep when they were looking for another roomate and Larry and Mr. Furley were trying to help out and Mr. furley brings this old a$$ woman to look at the Apt-lol There was no way Janet was going to share a bedroom room with a woman old enough to be her mother
IloveJack 08-14-2007, 08:53 PM Furley was thinking of himself and not what Jack or Janet wanted/liked. The same with Larry, Jack and Janet's choices. They each thought of himself/herself.
Brian Damage 08-14-2007, 09:12 PM Why not? Jack and Janet needed another roomate.

it would have been cool for Jack but janet had to share a room with her-lol Janet was 27 and that lady was 57-lol
Mr. Television 08-14-2007, 10:28 PM What I always wanted to know was why was it okay for Janet to have a guy move into the apartment but Jack had to pretend to be gay in order to live with the girls? It always seemed like a double standard to me and Furley didn't seem to mind.

Well if Janet was going to share a room, she could have just moved back home with her mother-lol
Brian Damage 08-14-2007, 11:21 PM Well if Janet was going to share a room, she could have just moved back home with her mother-lol
Why? Because the woman was just a little older?
TVFactFan 08-15-2007, 06:23 PM Why? Because the woman was just a little older?
Brian that woman was 30 t0 35 years older than janet-lol

So what? They were sharing a room, not each other.
Mr. Television 08-15-2007, 10:45 PM I really don't see what was wrong with it. Janet was great friends with Mrs. Roper and she was a lot older than her too.

I guess I didn't do a good job in letting you see the humor in my thread title. This thread was supposed to be taken that seriously, i need to put LOL in my titles for now on-lol
Ireneparalegal 08-17-2007, 03:50 PM As a woman, if I was in that situation, I don't think I would be to keen on sharing a room with someone my landlord picked out for me. That is just asking for trouble, regardless of her age.
I get what you are saying Solomon. Besides, Janet was not happy with that thought either, so there is no arguing that it wasn't a good idea. Janet wanted someone whom SHE was going to be happy with since she had to share a room with them.

You see jack had a problem sharing a room with Old man leo and that was just ONE NIGHT!-lol
Ireneparalegal 08-17-2007, 04:04 PM Leo was a bit annoying. Someone can be cool and nice and all that, but when you have to share sleeping quarters with them, that is a more intimate setting, more personal. I don't blame Jack for being annoyed. I loved Leo, he was a very nice old man, but everyone has their quirks.
