an ad that NICK AT NITE used to have for THE BOB NEWHART SHOW where they'd have a parody of the theme from THE BRADY BUNCH and a chorus of deep-voiced men would sing (while they'd be showing Bobs head in that familer B.B. "checkerboard" opening:)

(for those old enough to remember "Rowan and Martins Laugh-In" and Rowan & Martin, you know who that is. For those who don't, he's a friend of Bobs and he directed some episodes of all his "THE BOB NEWHART SHOW", "NEWHART" , and "BOB")

I don't remember that commercial (sounds cute, though). But I *do* remember Rowan and Martin's Laugh In...you bet your sweet bippy I do!

Dick Martin directed the 1991 "19th anniversary" reunion of TBNS, as well as some of the episodes during its run 1972 to 1978.
