Good Times did, twice. The first was in "Too Old Blues" where they sang "for he's a groovy dude" to the tune of "For He's A Jolly Good Fellow". Then Thelma, Michael and Flo sang the original version in the third season, I believe in "The Mural".

On Everybody Loves Raymond, Ray sang the song at Robert's bachelor party (with the "Congratulations Woody" banner...). The WJM crew sang it to Mary on MTM.

I know it's been used in many other shows that I can't recall. Can anyone fill in the blanks??

It was used on The Flintstones for Fred's bday.
It may have also been sung on The Munsters.

In Three's Company--the episode when Larry streaked.

Oh yeah, and in Benson they sang it for Marcy when she left, but of course they sang "For She's a Jolly Good Fellow". :)

they used it once or twice on Gilligan's Island:
they through Gilligan a party because they think he's only got one day to live
and i think they sang it when they gave the Skipper a b-day party
