Amy, that discussion we had about coffee-spilling the other day... I just remembered.

I was on my way to school on Thursday, and my friend was driving me there. We stopped at a gas station to grab some coffee beforehand. He has an old used car that he's driving right now... well the latch on the glove compartment in his car doesn't work, so it just stays open. He had it duct taped shut, but that fell off. There are two cup holders in that compartment in his car, so I had my cup in one of them. We were driving down the street when he drove over a bump... that caused my cup to almost go flying at me, but luckily I caught it just in time. I got WAY too much coffee on my hands, though... BAAAAAAAAD. :lol:

Heh, reading the posts on page 73 reminded me of the time that Mr. Clay Aiken was SUPPOSED to come here in like June or July of 2004, but they freakin' cancelled his stop here. BASTARDS. He was gonna play at the civic center that is literally like 1/2 mile from where I live.

I haven't been writing too much in it lately, but when I do sit down and write, I WRITE. So that's a good thing. :) I'm hoping to have this journal done by at least the end of July. We'll see!

I do have journals dating to 1992, though. It's neat reading through 'em. Weird reading some of the stuff that I wrote over 15 years ago. I've got 'homegoing notebooks' that my mom and whoever was my teacher at the time, would write in to keep each other updated on what I was doing at home/at school... what events were coming up and such. Kind of like a progress journal that only the teacher and the parent(s) wrote in. I've got homegoing notebooks dating to nearly 19 years ago, starting sometime in early September of 1988.

Just now, I finished burning my camera pics onto CDs. I make, like, three CDs every time I burn my pictures. I had my black Sharpie out, and was labeling the CDs as

and then I looked at the year and thought "wow, what happened to the time?" Seems like just yesterday I was finally getting my very own digital camera (January '04). I thought my pics on that camera were so0o0o0o0o0o great when I put 'em on the computer. But no ****in' way, my pictures from THIS camera now are way the **** NICER-looking than on my Nikon.
