He was probably on his way to the Hirshfeld theater for the Sunday matinee performance of his new hit musical "Curtains."

David Hyde Pierce...always loved him. I couldn't imagine anyone else as Niles. So cool you got to see him!! :D

He was pretty incognito. He was doing the baseball cap thing, so he pretty much looked like everyone else strolling along 9th avenue on a Sunday afternoon. I must admit when I first recognized him, I had to do a double take, because I wasn't 100% sure it was him, but it was.

I hope I run into a celebrity or two during my trip to NYC with my sister next month! The last time I was in New York, I saw Seann-William Scott (Stifler from the American Pie movies) and singer Joss Stone, who were both guests at the hotel I was staying at in the Village!
