You should add Colin Marlow to your list. He's also a candidate now. If I had my way, I'd give the job to Addison. I just think it would be really cool to have a female chief! :) But of course, we all know about Kate Walsh's spinoff, so that prob. won't happen. I think Marlow would be an interesting choice, esp. w/ his backstoroy w/ Cristina. If not him, then Derek. Really, anybody but Mark would be OK by me. Mark is an a**. He's hot, but he's still an a**! LOL

I think it might be Colin Marlowe too, but since he's not part of the poll, I'll go with Sloan even though I don't like him that well. He just seems like a leader.
