View Full Version : Tony orlando tells Isabel Sanford that she reminds him of Esther Rolle on Stage TVFactFan 03-23-2007, 12:14 PM During isabel sanford apperance on the Tony orlando and dawn show, Tony says to isabel sanford-"You remind of Esther Rolle". Now Esther Rolle and Isabel sanford were two of my favorite actors but they did not look anything alike. Yes they were both dark skin and chunky but they ddi not resemble each other at all in my opinion. It was all set-up. Just like the show where they had Freddie pretend to be Tony.
