I kinda do, I guess. I don't usually automatically hate someone if I just met them, but when I do meet people I often know whether I'd possibly want to date them or not within seconds of being around them. If my mind is fixed on them being just friends or otherwise not datable that's the way they're stuck. Sometimes people who fall into the dating category will be placed in another non-dating category after I get to know them, and then they're stuck there.
I don't judge people, but I know from past experience that I'm pretty good at telling if I'll get along with someone or not right away. I knew from a first day at a new job that my boss was going to be trouble, one of the girls I just wasn't going to get along with, and the other one was going to be great. I was right on all three counts. The boss was fired, the first girl decided she hated me, and the second girl and I are now best friends.
Nope, I'm pretty open-minded.

Hm, I wouldn't say I judge people per se, but I can usually tell if someone is going to end up being trouble or not. I'm pretty good at sizing up someones' character, but that doesn't mean I won't give them a chance.
