As far as kidnapping charges, I don't think Larry's got a leg to stand on. Until proven otherwise, Howard is listed on Dannilynne's birth certificate. I really wish they would order the DNA test asap. She's almost six months old now. She needs to bond with her permanent parent. I wouldn't be surprised if she misses her mother, you know? You think? How can a baby go from having the constant love of a mother one minute, then she's GONE, just like that.

I don't blame Birkhead. I think that baby really is his, and Stern really is kidnapping him. It's just gonna be a matter of proving it that'll be the problem.

The thing that came to me today is that the child is a citizen of the Bahamas. She was born there. Her mother is Anna Nicole. No doubt there. She didn't kidnap this child. She bore this child there. She is not a kidnap victim. Also, Birkhead has yet to be proven to be the father, so he cannot file a kidnapping case against a VALID CITIZEN. My assumption, since I don't know the law in the Bahamas, but from what has been said, that child is the legal child of the man who signs the birth certificate. So, in essence, Larry can't file kidnap charges even if he is proven the father.

It was said on Court TV today that Anna Nicole may have suffered from early stages of Lupus. My nephew's young wife is only 24 and she learned a year ago she has Lupus. It is very painful for her. I guess we will have to wait and hear more abt this supposed new development.

I heard about some guy saying she had a disease. Who knows if it's just for publicity, but it's possible. What exactly is Lupus?

Lupus has variations and depending which one you have, it can be something you can live with or have it impair you A LOT. My nephew's wife has the one that is severe. She was diagnosed a year ago and she takes A LOT of medications and pain killers. She also gained A LOT of weight. I feel so bad for her because of the pain she is in.

I have a similiar story. My husband's nephew's wife has Lupus real bad. They have three little kids too. The meds have made her gain a lot of weight. She gets rashes, mostly on her face, her hair sheds like crazy. She has mostly good days, but when she's having a bad day...she literally can't get out of bed, except to vomit. She's about 35. It's very sad. She's fatigued a lot. She got it about 10 years ago, very young. Those auto-immune diseases suck the life right out of a person.

Anna Nicole made it so damn clear on tape many times over that she hated her mother and wished to be buried with Daniel. GOD!!!! Today I believe, each side had 20 minutes to argue in front of the appeal commitee about why she should be buried in the Bahamas or in Texas. That was at 9:30. I'm not sure what happened though. Thank god! I heard it on the news this afternoon! She can FINALLY be buried! I swear, this shouldn't even have gone to court. :( I heard the funeral will be on Friday morning. She will finally be with Daniel, like SHE wanted!:)

Yeah he did. He was torn-up. I cried. Add Anna Nicole to my list of famous people who have died and it made me cry. It is A VERY SHORT LIST.

I have cried over the funeral. Poor Anna. And if the exhume Daniel, she may be left in the Bahamas by herself. But, if they do exhume Daniel, I forsee that she also gets moved to Texas.
