I was just watching the episode "Benson's Appointment", when Marcy tells Benson that when he takes the position, the Governor is going to let her be his aide. That's when I realized that the Governor never had a secretary after that. Interesting that the Budget Director would need a secretary but the Governor would not? :confused:

Yeah, this is possible. There was an episode when Denise tells Pete she has to fill in for Clayton's secretary, and we never get to see her either.
