I preferred the Loring version. Mrs. G's version was kind of....meh.

My favorite version of the theme song is the one used during seasons 7-9.

I prefered every theme song except the first season's. Charlotte Rae is a fantastic actress, but I didn't like the theme song.

Although I do like the first version, I enjoyed Gloria's version better. More upbeat.

I enjoy both because they're both very nostalgic for me. I saw FOL in reruns as a child in the 1980s on weekday afternoons at both my grandparents' house and my house, and I love those memories I have of watching the show back then. :)

So I love both of those versions, but don't care for the "modernized" one as much. It's just not the same to me.

Well, my favorite year is the 1st year, so as a matter of course, my favorite version would be the 1st version.
