ICE COLD when it's time to go to sleep so that you can warm up under the blanket and sleep very comfortable thorugh the night?


Or does sleeping in a warm bedroom not bother you at all?


The room temp has to be very low when i go to sleep, don;t really know why but that's the only way I can sleep

Yep. I can't sleep unless I am using a blanket anyway so if the room is too warm I am in trouble.

I don't care abt the room temperature...but I do prefer it not to be too cold. I like my pillows and blankets to be cold though. The only time I don't is when it is very very cold to begin with.

I have to have my room silent and dark. I like the temp to be normal, not hot, but not cold either.

I like my room cold too... But not ice-cold. Maybe just enough that I'm shivering a little when I walk into my bedroom.

Heat really should be on LOW when you go to sleep. Never understood why some people put the heat On so high when you are going to be under the covers anyway

Yes, it has to be ice cold and completely dark or else I won't sleep. Even in the winter the AC has to be turned on.

And when the room is too comfortable getting up is EXTREMELY HARD

I love it when it's freezing. I love having to layer on 2 or 3 blankets! I can't go to sleep if i am hot.

i'd rather it be cold then warm cause yeah, you can get all comfortbale under the covers. i dont really mind really cold or really hot though cause there's a solution for both. cold = blankets, hot = fans/AC.

I can't stand being too cold or too hot.

I like it warm--very low heat, so at least there's not shivering cold in the room.

I don't even mind if the room's a little bit on the cool side, as long as I have an electric blanket on a low setting.

On the warm side, never cool...and like Brian, tv ON. That's a must.

Pretty much all year I have the feet out of the blankets and usually with a fan on them.

I prefer the room cool but I do occasionally like having the electric blanket prewarm the bed during the coldest winter nights

I have a very hard time sleeping so I also like it colder. I usually sleep in the basement on an air mattress because I cant find any GOOD mattresses anymore..... They all are horrible now..... MEMORY FOAM CRAP or some other garbage thats horrid!!

I love the room to be chilly when I sleep! I can't get a good nights sleep if I'm too hot ! I always use a fan when I sleep even if it isn't a really hot night!;)

Again don't like ice cold but I know the weather is changing as my nose is cold in the middle of the night, it's time to start pulling my sheet up over my face.

Truth is, anywhere I go, the place gets hot soon enough.

Since it is now October, I am enjoying being able to sleep at night without air conditioning. I live in a very hot/humid climate where the A/C is ran from basically May until October. So I enjoy the natural cool air. What is going to suck in a couple of weeks the advent of winter and cold nights, and while it isnt Arctic here, does get cold. Not meaning to reveal too much, but I do sleep naked, even in winter if the heat is on.

But I have suffered several summer nights when the room is hot, no A/C and its miserable. I had to stay in an unairconditioned college dormitory in Mississippi in August for a couple of days under those conditions. I would take a shower and not dry off and lay on the bed with a sheet. Would keep me cool for a half an hour of sweet relief then the water evaporates and back to being miserable. So I know.
