"The Robbery" is the name of this episode. Laverne's boyfriend Jake, robs a grocery store and she wants to break up with him so she and Shirley go over to his apartment. They were going to turn him into to the cops if he didn't do it himself and that's when he put them on the hooks.

Does anybody remember the name of the gang Jake was in? For the life of me I can't. I know that it had purple in the name. "The Purple..." I can't remember the rest of it.
