I remember that show. I may have seen it once. yeah, that was the plot, but I think on that show also Esther Rolle's character had some sons that hung around that deli.

I've heard of that, I've heard of a lot of shows thanks to the Complete Television Directory.

I am suprised you didn't know this one. I have been looking for a few months and have come up empty. I think I might have a commercial for it on a tape somewhere but that is it.

It was a spinoff of Good Times. Don't anyone argue with me.

This show was the CHECKING IN of the 1990's, lasted 3 weeks-lol

i remember watching it once or twice and while it was nice to have esther back on tv the show was not very good imho
