In accordance to Access Hollywood, ABC's "The One: Making a Music Star" has been withdrawn (cancelled) from schedule with immediate effect. The reason being that of low ratings.

It was a ratings disaster. It's name "The One" fit perfectly because it only got a 1.0 in Adults 18-49, LOL.

Not really a surprise that it was cancelled... I feel bad for the contestants, though...

The promo campaign was huge. LOL

Couldn't they have even moved it to ABC Family and swap places with "Kyle X/Y." That show is obviously doing well on the major network.
