Man that sucked) Teachers had potential.I agree that it wasn't the worst thing NBC has aired, particularly when it comes to Americanizations of British shows. (Who can forget the great "Coupling" debacle?) Actually, I was surprised to learn that "Teachers" was a remake of the British show of the same name. I didn't see any similarities at all except, of course, that it was set in a school and was about teachers. I wanted to like it, mainly because I'm a big fan of Sarah Alexander, but I just felt bad for her when I watched this show. I gave up after three and a half episodes. Miss Alexander was one of the best things about "Coupling." I agree that this show wasn't up to par with her previous hit sitcom.
