On The Brady Bunch Hawaii Episodes, the Brady Girls were wearing bikinis. I feel that the series should have done more beach episodes in the series' fourth and fifth seasons, and Marcia and Jan should have worn bikinis more often. I thought they looked great and downright sexy in those swimsuits.

Perhaps they should have done a spinoff from the Brady Bunch after BB was cancelled, and the new series would be titled "The Brady Beach Bunnies" -- a beach-themed series about Marcia and Jan in sexy teeny bikinis (SIGH), sort of like 1970s version of Gidget.

I've always gone for beautiful girls for as long as I can remember. Back in high school, I knew a girl who resembled Marcia Brady, and my heart was beating rapidly. I thought I was transported to Bradyland.

I think you've hit upon the real reason "The Brady Brides" did so poorly. It wasn't for lack of talent. It was that America missed out on the chance to see young, free, single Marcia and Jan dating lots and lots of awesome and totally radical dudes in the 80's!

Really. Just think of the incredible staying power of "Star Trek," and how a franchise can sometimes outlive its creator, or even go further without him.

I'm picturing a day in the near future when bold, new writers create a "Brady"-based show, featuring, say, the hot young daughters and sons of the original Brady kids, who will do occasional guest appearances, while the Next Generation cavorts around New Millenium Los Angeles.

I never objected to Eve Plumb wearing a bikini in the Hawaii episodes of the Brady Bunch. I think she was very fortunate to have a sexy build like that. I wish they could have done more beach episodes of the Brady Bunch, so the Brady Girls, particularly Marcia and Jan, could wear bikinis more often even though I wish Maureen wouldn't cover herself up everytime.

Just take your eyes off the bikini, and look at the expression on her face...she looks downright miserable!!!!:lol: As far as wearing the bikini goes, that probably wasnt HER choice.....wardrobe probably got it for her, and the producer said "wear it"......you want to be paid, you do what the producer tells you!

If I were the show's producer, and Eve didn't want to wear bikinis, I would respect her decision.

Look at her face, shes wearing a frown, shes looking to her left at the camera as if to say "Oh no, not a close-up"...if you think THIS face looks happy, you arent looking at the face :lol: VVVVVVV

Maybe poor Eve was sick that day. Or maybe she just needed to go too the bathroom or something.

Now that I think about it, it seems to me that I'd heard one time that it was actually kind of cold at the beach during their shoot there...much colder than they expected, anyway... In the pics on page 1, Marcia and Alice kind of have their arms folded as though they were chilly, but that could have been just the way they were posed at that moment.

Anyone else ever hear about it being a bit chilly at the beach that day?

this may be my favorite thread of all time:crazy: I agree completely with everyone haha...i mean heck they lived in California, why werent they at the beach more often!!!!! I mean come on they should have been there everyday (wishful thinking for us). I loved Marcia in the purple n black bikini and jans purple one...oh hell, all of the bikinis were fine n dandy and thanks for all the vidcaps too, very nice :wave:
