The high fever weakened the eye nerves and as she got older it took its toll on them. i love the questions. i feel like i am taking a test! Brian Damage 04-25-2006, 11:39 PM she suffered from Scarlet Fever when she was a baby. The effects of scarlet fever lying dormant for years until rapid sight lost at age 15 is kind of fakey. Technically it could happen I guess. (I've heard of a real life case where someone had a previous condition but lost her sight rapidly later on.) And I do like the actual episode. |
