I recently found out that wolf11 was trading on crazymax.org, so I went over there and tried to get him to send the discs he owes me and everyone else he ripped off from here. Well evidentally hes a little better trader on there than he was here. Well he messaged me that I was slandering his name and half the people think Im just trying to screw him over or something so they dont believe he's a bad trader. I gave him a chance to send my discs and he refused. If anyone thats been screwed over by him can go over there and help me plead my case Id appreciate it. I know theres a few of you he didnt send the stuff he owed. Anyway thanks again. Jim

When I confronted him he took my head off in several emails.
Shortly after 4 members emailed me stating he owed them items.

And shortly after that, another moderator had to add him to the bad trader list- for even more items not sent.

I was only shorted 2 discs, although the ten disc set of the other was never addressed.
The fact he chose to trade on another site, instead of repairing his credability says something too.

Definately the same spelling too. It seems he starts off good and then screws people he owes me for an 8-10 dvd trade that I had written off long ago but now that he seems to be trading again I will be trying to get my stuff back as well or at least let the other board know what to watch out for. I never really bothered persuing things after he was banned as my small trade pales incomparisin to the 44 owed to darkman and the 100 he owes Joey.

I just can't get why he would do this and to so many different people on the same board. I started off just trying to get my discs back but the more I thought about it, the more I see it's not right to only fight for my discs when he's screwed all of you out of stuff. Sadly it's even more people than I thought. He messaged me on crazymax and said he sent my discs and hes not going to send them again which I sware is a lie. I been messageing him for 7 months now and never got one message back until the other day when he threatened to sue me for slandering his name. Ill post both meesages he sent me. The emails he sent you have to be the most articulate I have ever seen from Curtis. Either he is running spell check or he has hired a ghost writer. The one thing that baffles me is how he could screw up sooo bad and still post under the same user name. Not the brightest crayon in the box.

I am waiting for approval on that board and then I plan on posting the links to his threads. He started off good here too and then screwed some good people.

I dont know how he comes up with some emails and posts he does. Some are perfect legible english and some look like he just moved in from some far away country. I noticed that.
And Loren, I think me and everyone else he screwed over know we will never get our stuff but its better to bring him out in the open so he dont screw everyone over there also. I hate to see that happen to anyone else. I didnt relize he did that to so many people here. I thought maybe one or two but its alot more than that.

i was the one who exposed him here, i didnt loose any discs to him, but i felt it was my duty to do it, part of being in a good trading community. i wasnt afraid of him paying me back with whatever. i feel its everyones duty to report poor behavior.

everyone here knows the story now, and maybe thats about all you can ask for. make a new trade and have that give you a warm and fuzzy feeling, its much better than nasty taste curtis has left on all he dealt with.

About the email wolf11 sent Lamont. He has used each of the million excuses he gave Lamont. I seriously got those excuses one by one over the course of the first month before he stopped responding at all. Somehow he has managed to put 4 or 5 different excuses into one email, and I got to say thats talent. I dont believe his mom is sick for one reason. And thats because if she's still sick now, how come he can still deal in movies and wrestling dvds on the other board. Is his mom a fan of wrestling and says he shouldnt stop. Sounds like a load of something to me. Another thing is the excuse of high gas prices is dumb. There high everywhere. Well hell, Im working on a 81 disc trade right now, but well you all know the gas prices are high. Maybe Ill just say screw it. Thats the worst excuse in the world mainly because he trades with everyone over there and it seems his mom and the gas prices doesnt matter at all. Weird. Well sometimes things like that happen, i have gotten a few packages returned to me ( ONE to JOKER came back by customs) most of the time, because my handwriting is a mess ha ha

Well I am a member of this board and Crazymax and personally wont deal with Wolf because A. He is annoying.... and B... He can't spell. With that being said I thought you should know he sent this pm to me and several other board members and posted this message in the trader section

1. he NO LONGER HAS the sets he owes me (dont know what that means, did he lose them? did he break them? did they never exist to begin with?)

2. he is sending me an equal # of discs BUTTTT sending me ECW wrestling pay per views?

3. so i said whatever, send them i guess-- but of course i have no use for them and dont really want or need them

so the matter is not really resolved to my liking on this one BUT something is better than nothing

Right now, Id except wrestling dvds. I was screwed out of 40-something dvds and as Lamont said before, "something's better than nothing". He wont contact me or answer any of my messages or anything. Wolf11 asked that I post a follow up once I received the discs he sent to me--- So i am posting this on the threads were I commented on him being a bad trader---

Yes, today I got a pacakge from wolf 11. He has sent me an even # of discs to what he owed me. So he has resolved the complaint with me.

I will be honest and post that, however I would still have to point out that he did not send them willingly or easilly. He ignored my emails for nearly 8 months and never bothered to reply to them. He lied repeatedly me to that prior to "going silent" and told me over and over, he would ship them out, and never did. He sent defective items and failed to replace them with working discs, when asked to do so. He repeatedly used lies and excuses such as multiple computer crashes, multiple computer viruses, etc. to cover his delays. He did this, not only with me, but with half a dozen other traders that I am aware of.

Wolf11 ONLY agreed to fix this matter, once he was tracked down to the crazy max trading community and publicly confronted by several people that he scammed. And even then, he argued and lied and claimed that we were all lying and all out to get him, and used profanity and threatening comments for several days, before FINALLY agreeing to fix the matter. At that time, he told me he NO LONGER HAD the stuff he owed me, and I had to settle for dvds that I would not have traded for to start off with.

ALSO, There are still traders WHO HAVE NOT EVEN GOTTEN A RESPONSE FROM WOLF11 and he needs to STILL contact darkman and make things right.

So I will say, that YES--- wolf11 FINALLY after 8 months of hounding him, sent me the 7 discs he owed me. 8 months for 7 discs???? So I do thank him for that. Now, would I ever trade with him again? No Chance. Would I recommend him? No Chance.

To me, the fact that he was FORCED to fix this complaint in order to keep his name on THIS Board, DOES NOT MEAN that he is a good trader at all. GOOD TRADERS fix problems WITHOUT 8 MONTHS of chasing them down. Good traders DONT disappear owing people 200+ discs and then pop up elsewhere. GOOD TRADERS fix complaints and honor the trades they set up--- NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE FORCED TO, by extreme measures--- GOOD TRADERS do so on their own, because they have some level of integrity and some level of honesty.

I am 100% sure that had we not pursued Wolf11 to this board, he would STILL Be ignoring us and would not have sent 1 single thing.

BUTTTTTTTTT--- this matter is now officially closed as far as good old Lamont is concerned. Wolf11, THANK YOU FOR FINALLY doing the right thing. and to all the other traders who read this---- I hope, honestly that wolf11 learns from this, straightens out his act, and turns it around. Because it aint that hard to do..... Dont set up too many trades, dont trade for stuff that u are not 100% sure works, and dont tell lies if you get behind. Good luck to any and all who read this and who trade with wolf11, and good luck to wolf11 in the future.

SO i wanted all u folks here to be able to read it too, YES wolf11 sent me something, BUT he is still not, repeat not, repeat once again a bit louder NOT a good trader by any definition of the word

about a year later wolf FINALLY sent me some dvds...like lamont said,,it wasnt what i wanted,,but hey aleast i got some and he made good on that amount of dvds i was suppose to get,,but would i trade with him again.HELL NAW:lol:
