I must be getting this wrong, but I think either one of the Powell children or whoever said it began as that kid from Happy Days...While I know that Don Most appeared in CIC as the guy that won the lottery with the line, "Happy Days are hear again!" But was there another Happy Days reference that mentioned Chachi at all?

that was Anthony, Charles' cousin...the kid that Lillian took in when his parents couldn't handle him.

Didn't they explain what became of Anthony....he sort of disappeared all of a sudden.

no, there was no explanation as to what happened to Anthony...I think he was only on for, like, three episodes. It was weird, he was in the opening credits for those shows so everyone thought he'd be permanent but he just disappeared.

Sort of like Baywatch star Erika Eleniak(sp?), Charles' girlfriend...she just came and went. Right?
