His first name was Frank. I haven't found anything to indicate that the he has been caught. So it looks like Frank Montenegro is still on the run.

I agree with Kane. I saw a segment on Frank Montenegro today. No update has aired yet so I'm assuming (and probably true) that he is still in hiding someplace.

I saw this today on the "new" UM, I can't believe Frank Montenegro hasn't been caught yet, considering he had 5 siblings and a lot of extended family, I'm surprised the police haven't gotten any information about his whereabouts because you would think he would contact them.
