Now in the situation of a blind date, I think it should be DUTCH. I'm pretty mixed on this. On the one hand, if I wasn't very interested in someone before but then they asked me out and I decided to give it a shot, I'd think the person who asked should pay since I never would've had intentions of going out with them previously.

However...I just have issues with the gentlemanly part of my brain. It's so hard for me to do that. As the guy, I always feel like it would be bad manners to expect a woman to pay. I just couldn't do that. Even if I was the one asked on the date, I'd end up paying just because I feel like it's the right thing to do.
