It won't affect 8SR. It starts in September and 8SR will be off of Daytime WB in all probability by then, since Reba starts then. Daytime WB will still be around in September, just on the new CW network.

What the WB is doing is Test Syndication. If it is liked on the WB, the newly merged network may take it with them. Who knows?

No The WB isnt a cable Network. Whatever channel is your WB channel in Primetime, that's the channel 8SR is most likely on. Check that channel weekdays at 4:00 and 4:30.
