Okay, I "borrowed" this cool idea from a forum I frequent. People who were interested in wanting to participate in being interviewed and answer questions from fellow forumers got their chance to have an entire thread for a week. How about that idea here? For instance, when a name is picked for a certain week, anybody can ask questions, and the person answers them. How about that for SO? What do you think? :)

Wow!!! I counted all SOers who are interested, and it seems to be 25!!! You know what that means? That is about half a year (six months) worth of weekly interviews. This could mean that you (in general) can be the first to be picked, picked in three months from now or picked six months from now). Hehe.

I couldn't tell if robyrob or safety pin are counting themselves as being interested in participating. Are you guys? If so, then it's going to be 27 people, so far.

What will happen if someone's name gets picked and they don't reply within 24 hours is I will PM them that their name got picked so they will get to come and answer their questions.

How is this going to work, you ask? This is how the questions are set up: There really are no rules. You can ask one question or several questions. You can ask them simple from "What is your favorite TV show" to "What do you think about your future?" If you want to see an example, check out one of the threads from the forum I got this idea from:

I overslept and had to bake two pizzas before going to work, so I had NO time to raffle or get online this morning. I will raffle the names in a couple of hours when I get home. Then I will post the four new interviewed people.

There are 13 people left for the interview. At the rate of four per week (the last week will have 5 to even it out), the game should end in approximately three weeks. So there are three more Mondays of drawn names. If your name hasn't been chosen yet, then keep your eye out within the next three weeks (after this week).

You bring up a good point.... I didn't realize that some people here are new, and this thread was created back in mid-January or so. Therefore, some newer or non-frequenting people didn't know about it quite yet. There a couple of individuals I didn't really see posting until about two months ago or so. So yeah, if you want to join in, then you can let me know.
