Weddings seem to be a popular way to end shows. Here are some shows where that happened. I know there are a ton more.

Maybe not exactly in the Series Finale, but Sam from "Who's the Boss" and Mr. Drummond from "Diff'rent Strokes" were married towards the end of their shows' run.

Although it wasn't intended as the final episode, in the finale of "Married ... With Children" Kelly had a wedding. I say "Had a Wedding" because at the end, she doesn't get married. But FOX still promoted it as a Wedding Series Finale.

I know there were more, but I can't think of any at this time.

Happy Days had a wedding on the last episode too.

Will and Grace ended with the wedding of their kids ....even though we never saw it..

All I remembered was the Golden Girls when Dorothy married Uncle Lucas (Blanche's Uncle).

Nies and CC got married in the last episode of The Nanny. Appropriately, it was a very offbeat ceremony; they were married in the delivery room while Fran was having her babies. hehe
