Frank Burns was just disturbed and grew increasingly loony with each season. Just a creep. Even Hot Lips got sick of him. Monty is evil, but he's fun and a hoot. Frank, well..."fun" is not an adjective I'd use to describe him. Deranged, perhaps - but not fun.:D How about none of the above? My favorite is George Burns! Who was Monty's brother, according to one of the Simpsons episodes. In a flashback, Monty's poor-but-honest parents give him the opportunity to stay with them or to go off with an evil millionaire. Guess what Monty chose to do??
