What is it and why?

I have lots! Here's some off the top of my head:

Pete: Ashley, if you're here, who's running hell?

Pete: Berg, I'm not cut out to be a good person.
Berg: Of course your not, that's why the Lord gave us good looks.

Sharon: Berg, would you stop playing with your hair?
Berg: Look at this chunk of hair, mind of it's own! Damn cowlick's grown completely resistant to hair gel.
Sharon: Your whole head's a cowlick!
Berg: My hair's the key to my looks, and without my looks what am I, huh? That's right, just some guy with charm and brains!

Umm, there are too many really funny lines in this show so I can't remember them all but here are 2 that stuck in my mind -

SHARON (to Pete & Berg): "Are you nuts??!!"
BERG: "I'm Nuts...this is my partner, Pretzels."

PETE: "What do you know about architechture?!"
ASHLEY: "I know a lot about it - my father is an architecht."
PETE: Well, my mother is a woman but that doesn't mean I understand them!"

there are hundreds especially between pete and ashley but one of the best is in the psycho berg episode:

watching the whole episode this line was sheer brilliance

Pete: "Grandmom always said, 'The bigger the chance, the sweeter the reward'"
Berg: "She also said Winston Churchill shoveled her driveway!"
Pete: "You can't prove she didn't!!!"
