Yes. He has to because it's time for a new President. Bartlett's last term is up. So he will be on the west wing only on a few episodes on the new season. I think I heard only 4 episodes.

Maybe an uncle then - just that they look so much alike, it would be tough to put him in a role that isn't a relation of some sort.
