My favorite Munster was Grandpa because he portraited a nice Grandfather role, always bailing Herman out of trouble or coming up with a scheme to get rich! I met Al Lewis & got his autograph along with Butch Patrick (Eddie) in Boston. They were both pleasant to chat with. I told Eddie the episode I liked was with Louie Nye as "your old friend Zombo" when he won a trip to see Zombo in person. I miss spot as well!

Grampa was funny. I also liked Herman and the rest of the gang too!

Pat Priest's Marilyn is my favorite character. She's beautiful and sexy and I'd lve to see her barefoot.

I saw the show only to see lovely Marilyn.I have on tape the segment of Munsters where Herman does a magic act and Marilyn is his assistant.Wow,did she look gooooood!

Although I must say I really liked the entire cast of "The Munsters", one of my favorites was the original Marilyn - Beverley Owen. I know I might be in the minority on this, but I think she was a very beautiful woman(as was Pat Priest)but for some reason I especially enjoyed watching her. I also loved the way Herman used to laugh and smile - he was a great actor. I think all in all, one of my three top favorites shows of all time is "The Munsters". I just wish they would broadcast more of these great shows instead of so much of the garbage on today. Thanks for listening and take care!

This is a toss up for me!! It's a tie between Herman & Grandpa! I loved Herman because he was sort've like a big kid!! Sometimes I think Eddie was more mature then his daddy!!! LOL!!

Then of course, I loved Grandpa cuz he wasn't your 'typical' father!!! Quite often he sided with Herman, as opposed to his own daughter, Lily! Also, he had a potion for every day of the week!!!

Herman and Grandpa are one of the best comedy duos, there was a lot of laughter betwen the two of them.

This is so hard they all were great. I would say Grandpa he was very funny and Marilyn oh I love her she was beautiful.

He was a funny old guy!!! I liked his lab and it was hilarious when he would argue with their pet bird. The spooky looking raven in the clock . :D Remember he always said "Nevermore"!! :D

It was in the Village on Bleeker Street near 7th Ave. I was there quite a few times. The food was excellent. The service was lousy. One of my most vivid memories of the place was that the tables were so close together that you could barley move. It was very annoying. Al's signature dish was called Fettuccine Amalfantano, and it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. Spinach fettuccine in a pink crab meat sauce. There were many other good dishes but that was my favorite. Al was not always the nicest of people. Fred Gwynne, who came in occasionally, was much more friendly.

Grandpa was easily my favorite for his scheming,etc. but I liked Marilyn who lived the "Twilight Zone" 'Eye of the Beholder' deal- but with the happier outcome of having a family who loved her [and whom she loved] -even if they did consider her 'unfortunate'.

I thought Grandpa was the funniest so I'll pick him.
