View Full Version : Hey Good Times fans, this is how Carl was supossed to be written back in the show. TVFactFan 07-29-2005, 01:56 PM I was reading a Jet Magazine from Sept of 1978 and it was stated in the article that Carl was supposed to be moved to a Veterans Hospital near Chicago in a episode of season 6. Either it never happened or the scene that mentions Carl being moved to a Veterans Hopsital was never seen again after it aired on CBS for the first time. Maybe they had to explain where was carl on CBS but didn;t have to in syndication. Florida never mentioned Carl again, even though I'd completely forgotten about him when Thelma married that "guy" who calls himself a football player. I'm from DC and that's like a member from the Washington Redskins living in Southeast DC.
