While growing up, I had a strange attraction towards Jackie Harris, portrayed by Ms. Laurie Metcalf. I want(ed) to marry her.

Did any of you, yes -- you, have any attractions towards any of the cast? I don't care if it's not a main character. Hell, it could be the reporter from "Toto, We're Not In Kansas Anymore." I just need the assurance that I am not abnormal.

I thought Jackie was cute and pretty. Why she went and cut her hair sooo short and started wearing clothes that made her look so drab, is what I want to know. She looked very nice when she wore those dresses in those scenes when she was on a date or something. David got better with age. Darlene was beautiful, before and after her nose job.

I liked Jackie the best when she had the blonde hair but I agree after she was pregnant she lost her appeal...

Maybe thats why she played him/he played her during the Gilligan's Island tribute episode. The producers or whoever decides this saw the resemblance too :lol:

I loved that episode, then at the end the GI cast played the Conner's.

I had a semi-crush on David, too. I loved his flippy hair and his boyish look. ha!

There is one episode that I thought Jackie looked absolutely adorable in: The ep in an early season where Roseanne thinks she's pregnant...the whole family waits around for her results. Anyway, Jackie wore these holey jeans and a cute orange sleaveless shirt...she was really springy and cute. It's the only time where I thought "Wow, Jackie looks really cute".

yea...im like striaght & everything, but i think that sara gilbert (darlene for those of you who don't know) is just like the prettiest woman i've ever seen! she just has these amazing features (lol,wheather they're real *or* fake) she's just a beautiful person. & i do know that outfit you're talking about,(on jackie) that was a good look. Also, darlene has this pair of pants w/ like wholes & stuff but w/ black underneath, and a black steater...that was probably one of my faveorite outfits from the show!
