You pay $30 to cuddle with complete strangers and this type of party is usually for single people who feels the need to be touched.lol This has to be the most pathetic, pointless social event I ever heard of in my life. If I'm paying $30 I want to do more than Hug-LOL These parties are in NYC. They are defintely not in Philly
