I'm very glad that he was on the list, when you think of wacky TV neighbors, the 1st thing that would come to most people's mind is Urkel.

Don't know if he was a neighbor but when I think of wacky people I always think of Richie Cunningham's friend Potsie.

He was also #27 on TVguides top 50 most memoriable characters and #98 on Bravo's top 100 most memoriable tv characters, I think he should have been higher on Bravo's list.
