It started when a police officer named Stephen Roach shot and killed a black man(who happened to be unarmed) named Timothy Thomas. After all this time how do you all feel about Stephen Roach? There is an uneasy truce in place at this time; but the atmosphere is right for riots to happen again. That is what I heard.
