today for easter dinner we had lamb baked potatoes and something ive never had before called baked corn it was so good i asked my mother about it and she said that her grandmother used to make it all the time its simple all you do is take the corn like you always do and instead of putting it on top of the stove in water you put it with butter in an iron skillett at 350 for 45 minutes and put it in the oven it was so good i just had to share
