View Full Version : Feeling sluggish... lacking vitamins?
¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 03-27-2005, 02:45 PM Lately Ive been noticing that Ive felt really run down & sluggish. Not like my eyes are heavy and I have to go to bed, but moreso my body.. it just feels dead. I was wondering if Im lacking certain vitamins or nutrients.
AND YES I EAT MY BREAKFAST AND I WORKOUT ON TONY EVERYDAY.
Number 9 Dream 03-27-2005, 03:08 PM Try taking vitamins that contain green tea extract. It's natural and gives you an energy boost :)

MaydayMalonesGirl 03-27-2005, 03:38 PM I'm like that, too. Along with always being tired and having huge bags under my eyes. My dad always tells me that it's all because I don't take vitamins.
I don't know.
David 03-27-2005, 03:42 PM This spring break I've been sitting down doing nothing physical at all -- and that does absolutely nothing great to my body. My Dad asked me to help him move boxes, and I thought I was gonna die >_<. I need to get into shape. I guess eating healthy -- vegetables, fruits, vitamins -- works.

¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 03-27-2005, 08:42 PM Well, I read an article way back when, that if work and such didnt get in the way, we would be taking little naps like cats do. Heh.
Im just curious though as to what kinda vitamins Im lacking [calcium, a, iron, etc...] because Im going foodshopping on Tuesday and want to know which one to get. [hint hint]

Rebel Queen 1980 03-27-2005, 11:21 PM When I walk my legs make a popping sound and my mom tells me it's because
I need more calcium.I've felt tired lately too. I thinks I to eat more fruits
and vegetables instead of junk food and drink more water also.
Belair 03-27-2005, 11:51 PM I have no energy at all lately.Bad fatigue as well.My Mum tells me its a lack of iron in my diet, but recently I've bought this gel called Silica that you dissolve in water and drink, because its supposed to help.I havent had it yet,too lazy to even open it!
I will though ;)
Its funny, everyone I talk to feels the same. And has anyone noticed that when theres a lull in a conversation, someone will go,"I'm so tired".I've noticed that more and more lately!
