I'm looking for an episode from Season 1 where Gilligan drinks the Professor's potion to make him glow in the dark. I believe the last scene is where Gilligan is holding a blanket and twirling round and round on top of a watch-tower, glowing in the dark. Can someone help me find which one that is?

I found it, it's episode # 32, "Physical Fatness".

They used a negative shot of him!

No, because the bamboo polls are not inverted.

They've painted objects to allow for the negative filming.

I don't know. Can you paint a blanket?

They only filmed Bob Denver alone as negative and the rest filmed in regular film was added around Bob. Sort of like they do when they film a double episode and super impose the shots.
