My Norton expired like a year ago and I never bothered updating it ( I know, I know ), but these days my computer sucks more than ever and I decided to try getting it back to normal... I already downloaded spybot before to rid spyware and my computer's working better already. Yeah anyways, anyone have any good anti-virus programs to recommend? Preferably, something free that I can download online, but I'm open to anything. Thanks in advance. :)

I don't think there are any free antivirus programs only free trials.

I think thats true about only free trials, and no free rides. It's worth it to pay or trouble will follow you around like the plague. I suggest NOD32. They'll give a very substantial free trial and they have worked very well for me so far.

Actually there's AVG Anti-Virus, it's totally free, and I swear by it. I love it, if it weren't for that, I would have had some major viruses
Here's the link for it:

Just make sure you keep it updated weekly. Updating it is very easy :)

Go to www.snapfiles.com and look under "freeware." The Avil antivirus is pretty good!
