I was about to let all my anger out an hour and a half ago. This girl I do not like called me complaining about a ride. I am not in charge of getting people to practice. I kindly asked the person who was driving to call her. She told me she did call her and that the girl never called her back. The girl is such a pain in the neck. But when I noticed that both Katie and Allison were on, I said cool down. Some of your best online friends are on, and I did cool down.

It would've been alright to vent in here.. believe me, we've all done it a few times. Hopefully this girl has learned a lesson. With her not calling back, that says something about her. Sorry she upset you, but I'm glad you're feeling better.

I used to watch Animal Cops and Animal Precinct but cripes! It can be so damn depressing and it tends to tick me off, so I haven't been watching nearly as often as I used to. :( Love Croc Hunter, though.

August 14, 2002...Ahhh, yes. We had a b-day thread for me when I turned 17.

I think I managed to get about 7000 posts before YL crashed and burned to the ground- I joined YL on 11/18/01, and YL shut down on 3/31/03, I think.

There are pages that still come up when I'm searching around for different tv shows. The people who ran the place did a wonderful job with everything. I'm always disappointed when I can't access a page, even though I realize the site no longer exists. :(

But I had actually been at YL for longer than that, I just lurked...I found YL in the early part of 2000 (YL opened in '98) and lurked around the memories sections they had there...I posted a few memories, but since I didn't register, my name was 'Anonymous'.

I deleted it from my faves as soon as it shut down. We really had some good times. I remember meaniefettuccini...she was one CRAZY poster but everybody adored her. Once, she took a leave from the boards and when she returned, everybody changed their names to reflect her return. Meaniefettuccini often had this name extension that said something like meaniefettuccini - I'm cute when you're drunk! so when she came back, I changed mine to say PZeldafettuccini - I'm freaky when you're drunk! ... some other people came up with some REALLY funny ones that had me rolling.

The owners of the site neglected it and let it go. Towards the end, it was getting overrun with flamers. :(
